Our Story
When it comes to fried chicken, there tend to be two kinds of people – those that could take it or leave it and those that wholeheartedly believe it to be a transcendent culinary experience. We’ll just come right out and say that we are firmly in the latter category.
Quality you can taste
The words ‘WE DON’T CLUCK AROUND’ adorn the side wall and friends, we aren’t lying. 2 Bros is like Disneyland for fried chicken fiends. With a menu conveniently categorised into Fried Chicken, Wings, Boneless chicken, Burgers, Nashville Specials and Milkshakes – all seven of them, alongside wraps and sides.
Our chicken is antibiotic- and hormone-free, delivered fresh before being generously coated in our 10 spices secret dry rub, which is made in-house. Our chicken is then served in 5 different spice levels: original, mild, medium, hot and scorchin’ hot! (go on, you can handle it!).
Start your finger-lickin’ feast with a serve of Bro Bites, which are tiny parcels of deep-fried happiness, before sinking your teeth into a hefty serve of Chicken and Waffles smothered with maple syrup (drool!). Our burgers range from crowd-pleasers such as The Boss – Nashville-style spicy fried chicken patty, lettuce, American cheese, pickles and lashings of our house made cool ranch sauce and Nashville spicy mayo, through to the food-coma inducing Triple Double – two spicy fried-chicken fillets, Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, pickles, American cheese and Nashville spicy mayo.
2 Bros is the handiwork of brothers Abdullah and Abdur Rehman and is inspired by their collective experiences of living, working and studying in far-flung parts of the world. The brothers were drawn to the Gold Coast for its vibrant energy and beach culture, which is reflected in the delightfully bright and cheerful yellow and blue interior. The casual eatery is located on the corner of Ferry Road and Meron Street in Southport, Goldcoast and offers spacious seating inside and out.

Whether you are visiting from Brisbane, enjoying the crowds at Surfers Paradise, strolling in Broadwater Parklands with the kids, 2 Bros is centrally located in Southport and not too far from the major tourist and weekend spots in the Gold coast. We believe our menu offering will tantalize your taste-buds everytime you dine with us!
In March 2023, 2 Bros opened its first store in Brisbane / Logan in the very well known Underwood Market Place on Logan Road.
